Marzemina Bianca is a local grape variety from the Treviso province, cultivated with Bellussera system and in a Brut version.
A rare wine, which represents the history of Treviso wine making.
Marzemina Bianca was originally called "Champagna" for its freshness and acidity. It has citric scents and mature apple notes, that recall the famous Champagne.
On the nose floral hints, yellow peach, grapefruit and citron. On the palate is fresh and well balanced, with a herbal finish.
It pairs well with fish courses, fried fish or for aperitif.
Excellent as an aperitif, accompanied by battered vegetables, cold pasta, fried fish and fresh cheeses.
