Nina Incrocio Manzoni Bianco DOC Piave

If you speak about Treviso wine area, you cannot mention Incrocio Manzoni, a still wine that is part of the Veneto wine school. Around 1930, Professor Manzoni studied and elaborated this new variety, more resistant to illnesses and with unique characteristics. Incrocio Manzoni Bianco 6.0.13 is one of his creations, born from the cross of two vine plants: Pinot Blanc and Renan Riesling. Nina is a tribute to Palmira, called Nina, grandmother of the 3 owners. This is a wine which best represents authenticity and local uniqueness. An elegant wine, with a good aroma and exotic fruits notes, mainly pineapple. On the palate acidity and minerality are well balanced, together with alcohol level. Slightly sweet finish.  

Particularly suitable for fish first courses, excellent with asparagus risotto, white meat and medium mature cheese
