Iconema Tai DOC Piave

Iconema story telling recalls a memory that lives forever. A white wine, made with 100% Tai grapes, coming from a 100 years old vineyard, and cultivated with Bellussera system. Its grapes, harvested by hand, are accurately selected and the put on grids for a light drying. After some aging in oak, this wine is bottled in a limited number of pieces, each one with its number on the back label. Scents are intense, and diverse, from flint to mature peach, and saffron. In the mouth it is warm and dry, with a great balance between acidity and sapidity. Great structure, with a long aromatic persistence and an intense finish.

Excellent with fish and shellfish, it also goes well with vegetable dishes.
